Olive di Cerignola
Cerignola olives are Italian olives also known as Bella di Cerignola. These giant olives are a produce of Foggia, a provence in the southern Italian region of Apulia. The olives’ different colors indicate different stages of ripeness, with green being the color of unripe olives. Cerignola olives are rich in pigments with anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
